The cost of attending Wesley Woods Summer Camp is $160 for Overnight Camp, $135 for the Day Camp 5 Days, or $110 for the Day Camp 4 Days.

A $30 non-refundable deposit is due with the registration form. As most of our camps have a wait list, failure to pay the deposit may result in your camper losing their spot at camp.  The remaining balance is due by the check-in of your camp week. Please make checks/money orders payable to Wesley Woods Camp. Please note that only cash & checks are accepted on the morning of registration. Online payments can be made through the Thursday before your camp week.

Scholarships are available to those who have need. If requesting a scholarship, the camp asks that you please still pay the $30.00 deposit, to secure your camper’s spot.  If you are unable to pay the deposit, please contact the church  office.  As most  of our camps have a wait list, failure to pay the deposit or contact the church office to make other arrangements may result in your camper losing their spot at camp.  Please inquire for scholarship information by contacting the Winchester First United Methodist Church office at (859) 744-5410 or by email:

Once the application is received a medical release form will be mailed. It must be completed and on file prior to the start of camp.
